Why am I not receiving a notification?

Email Notifications

If you are not receiving email notifications from ZorroSign (e.g. an account activation email or signature request email) please check the following:

  1. It could have gone to your junk or spam folder. Check your junk email folder for any potential ZorroSign notifications.

  2. You may have typed in the incorrect email address. Double check to make sure you typed in the correct email address for ZorroSign.

  3. The notification could be blocked by your company’s email. Make sure to whitelist the ZorroSign domain name to allow it to come into your inbox.
